A social & cultural organisation in the service of community and country, devoted to Maa Sharda, the Goddess of wisdom, and to the cultural, religious and educational heritage of our community.
Who we are
Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra, Anand Nagar Bohri, Jammu, is a non-political Trust registered with the Registrar, Jammu City. Its aim is to provide a congenial platform to our community, so as to propagate the cultural and religious values which are our proud inheritance from our forefathers.
The Kendra also addresses our educational inheritance, connecting actively with the community's children and youth, making them aware of our past glory, the sacrifices of Kashmiri icons, the advent of sages and spiritualists, and the contribution of educationists, and imbibing in them the concept of nationalism and the pride of being Indians.
We believe in the promotion of the system, not the projection of a person.

Spoken-Sanskrit classes that reconnect students with the devabhasha and the liturgical and literary inheritance of Kashmiri Pandits.
Seminars, debates, discussions and quizzes that draw out the talent and personality of community youth and root them in moral and national values.
Regular yoga sessions for physical wellbeing and inner discipline, body, breath and mind in the classical tradition.
Study of the Bhagavad Gita, its philosophy, ethics and the path of selfless service that has guided generations of Kashmiri Pandits.
